The School of Psychiatric Nursing, Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital, Calabar is now accepting applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its Post Basic Psychiatric Nursing Training Programme for the 2020/2021 academic session.
School of Psychiatric Nursing Calabar Admission Requirements
Candidates should be holders of RN Certificate and any other relevant certificate. In addition, candidates must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with Credits in at least five subjects to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemist, and Physics in not more than two sittings.
Course Duration: 18 Calendar months commencing from April, 2020 – November, 2021.
Accommodation: Hostel accommodation is not available at the moment, but alternative arrangements will be road, on first come first served basis.
Method of Application
Eligible candidate can download the APPLICATION FORM from or obtain the form at Federal School of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, Mary Slessor Avenue, Calabar with a non-refundable application fee of ten thousand naira (N10, 000.00) only.

Completed application form accompanied by photocopies of relevant certificates and copy of the bank teller and print out should be returned to the undersigned on or before 2nd March, 2020.
Closing Date
The closing date for submission of completed application form to the school is 2nd March, 2020; late entry will not be entertained.
