1. Job Title: Marine Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overall supervision of marine operations and maintenance on the FPSOs including:
- Maintenance of overall stability to the FPSOs.
- Coordinate crude lifting activities, which require involvement with the various stakeholders.
- Overseeing of loading and offloading.
- Export operations systems including discharge pumps, inert gas, and metering for export documentation.
- Tank cleaning for sludge control and tank entry-Offloading Procedures and Marine Terminal Handbook-Inspection programs (Class and Flag).
- Management of field operational movements of the marine support fleet (PSV,Tugs, Surfers and Security vessels).
- Maintenance program and supervision of maintenance contractors for all marine tank cleaning.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Natural Science with a minimum of Class 2 Certificate of Competency as Master Mariner (Unlimited tonnage, foreign going with Crude Liquid Petroleum) with 10 years experience of crude tanker with at least five years as a Chief Officer, or similar experience on a FPSO Dangerous Liquids Handling Certificate.
- Must have strong leadership, influence and inferpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong organizational, coordination, planning and interface skills.
- Must posess excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

2. Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage and control activities of maintenance technicians.
- Participating and ensuring that all maintenance works are carried out safely.
- Co-coordinating and implementing maintenance work and planning.
- Work closely with other offshore supervisors and liase with onshore specialist companies, support teams, vendors, and contractor.
- Supervise the maintenance operations of all oil and gas utility and safety systems on a platform.
- Oversee and coordinate workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, ventilation and other building systems.
- May be responsible for evaluating problematic systems or facilities and determining what installation or repair services needed to be performed.
- Perform training to ensure individuals have all the requisite skills. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records.
- Supervise and evaluate each worker’s performance to ensure quality operations.
- Investigate accidents and prepares relevant reports.
Qualifications

3. Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Supervise field staff that maintains and services oil and gas production facilities.
- Oversee testing and monitoring of wells, pumps, storage facilities and other equipment.
- Responsible for safety of staff and production facilities.
- Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and discipling employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and control all oil and gas production and utility systems to ensure that production targets are achieved.
- Work closely with other offshore supervisors and liaise with vendors, contractors, onshore support teams and specialist companies.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in a core Engineering discipline (Petroleum, Production, Electrical or Instrumentation) with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- 10 years exprience or more required.

4. Job Title: Cargo Pump Specialist
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Oversee testing and monitoring of wells, pumps, storage facilities and other equipment.
- Responsible for safety of staff and production facilities.
- Perform a variety of skilled, journey-level duties involved in the inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and servicing of oil distribution and waste collection equipment, components, facilities and machinery, such as pipes, tubes, rods, seals, shafts, stuffing boxes, gears, motors, bearings.
- Provide design, review and technical support during all phases of capital projects.
- Provide construction, final equipment checkout and approval.
- Primary Responsibilities: Operate and maintain power pumps’ auxiliary equipment used to pump oil.
- Secondary Tasks: Using tools and their mechanical skills, pumpers.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on the pupms and pipe sections and on gas and oil meters and guages.
- Supervision and safety: Controls the main cargo pumps and stripping pumps used in dischaging cargo from the vessel.
- Specialized monitoring systems in the cargo control room.
- Pipeline, Offshore, Onshore, Synthetic Crude, Liquid Natural Gas, Oil & Gas, Pump Division.
- Product and industry cargo pump specialists develop effective cargo stripper pumps for loading and unloading and specialty pumps to accomplish the tasks.
Qualifications
- Applicants must possess minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or similar educational qualification in a relevant branch of Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering Science from a recognized institution and must be a Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 7 years relevant working experience.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
- Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staff.
- May also be able to level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environment.
- Make day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
- Has some authority for personnel actions.

5. Job Title: Maintenance Superintendent
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintenance Superintendent will often be based offshore, overseeing a rig. As such he is expected to be responsibli for ensuring that there is sufficient ‘bunker’ on board as well as managing and perparing further bunkering operations.
- The candidate will be directly responsible for leading the direction of maintenance services department.
- Will be directly responsible for the reliability, availability, integrity and performance.
- Ensure optimum availability of plants equipment as well as day-to-day report.
- Supporting the OIM with the day-to-day leadership.
- Focusing on the maintenance and services associated with maintenance.
- Manage and ensure the quality of the data of CMMS, couch staff on the platform, looking at improving technical capability and safety, continuous improvement and innovation.
- Must be able to show proven track record offshore as a maintenance lead supervisor or superintendent.
- Must be an expert in an oil field production palnt and equipment management as well as operations.
- Must have leadership experience and man management skills, qualified to stand in for OIM.
- Must have previously worked offshore with current understanding of the law.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or similar educational qualification in a relevant branch of Engineering or Engineering Science from a recognized institution and must be a Chartered Engineer with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in project planning and supervision of engineering designs, incidence investigation, CMMS and budgeting.

Qualifications
- Applicants must be a holder of B.Eng in Mechanical/Marine Engineering with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in similar position.
- He must possess relevant sea-going experience as Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer with minimum Class 2 Certification or equivalent with in experience in AHTS, Offshore Supply/Offshore tug/Dive Support vessels/Security Vessels/Platform Support vessel. Possession of DP vessel experience will be an added advantage.

Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Lead and co-ordinate high quality offshore production activities in the company’s operations, HSE and emergency response.
- Have HSE and production/cost responsibility for the production operations on the FPSO.
- Implement and be key to the mentoring and training plan for staff to later carry out and manage the production operations of the comapny’s developments.
- Maintain an open and high quality offshore production operations team delivering high levels of production and cost performance.
- Deliver HSE, production and cost targets for the offshore operations.
- Facilitate the development of the company’s production technicians by mentoring and tecnical supervision.
- Responsible for pre-operations preparatory work involving a group of studies, budget, and contract work.
- Will be involved in the design and execution of operations contracts lasting several years of sales.
- At first oil – annual operating cost budget estimated for deep water FPSO plus related gas plant.
Qualifications
